If you would like some more time to fundraise, why not consider the 2011 Nepal trek instead? This will be held from 10 - 19 November 2011 with registration fee and a minimum sponsorship TBC.

Imagine trekking the high peaks of Annapurna, where you will gain an insight into the culture and natural beauty of the mountain kingdom. Trekking through mountain villages and thick rhododendron forest, you will enjoy awe-inspiring views of the great peaks and glaciers of the Himalayas, plus have time to explore the diverse capital of Kathmandu. Join us in Nepal where they say some of the best trekking in the world takes place!

This promises to be a truly challenging and unforgettable experience. We invite you to take up the challenge and raise valuable funds for the MS Trust to help us to continue to support the 85,000 people in the UK with multiple sclerosis.
