How much will it cost?
£149 registration fee + £1,750 minimum sponsorship.
The actual costs of the trip are £875 so the MS Trust receives £875, plus every penny raised over the minimum sponsorship. The sponsorship raised will enable the MS Trust to take positive steps to improve the lives of people living with MS today.
Is the trip for me?

How fit do I need to be?
People from all walks of life will take part in this cycle and the majority will be exactly like you! It is vital that you train for the challenge to enable you to get the best out of the ride.We will send you a suggested training plan and will be on hand to help you with training tips and advice.
Will I be able to raise the sponsorship money?
YES!
As long as you start fundraising as early as possible, you should have no problems in reaching that target.We have some suggestions for you in this brochure and more will be on the way once you have booked. Remember fundraising should be fun, and again we are always on hand with more ideas should you need.The donations will be rolling in before you know it!
Will you help me?
YES!
You will have a dedicated event manager on hand from the second you read this brochure right through to going on the trip itself. As soon as you sign up we will send you a comprehensive confirmation pack that will cover everything you need to know.There will even be a pre-trip get together a few months before you go so that you can meet fellow cyclists. In addition the overseas team are always on hand if you have any questions we are dedicated to making the trip as enjoyable and hassle free for you as possible.
What about food and drink?
You will be provided with breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the cycle with the exception of 4 meals (please see itinerary).We will have water stops along the route to keep you hydrated and of course can cater for dietary requirements, so long as we are made aware of any requests before we head off.
What do I need to bring?
No specialist kit is required - however it is compulsory that you cycle in a cycling helmet and gloves at all times.While it is highly recommended that you use the bike you have been training on for the challenge we can hire out bikes to you for a small fee.
What happens to my luggage whilst I'm cycling?
Fear not, your luggage will be transported in one of our support vehicles; all you will need to carry is a bum bag or something similar for those essentials, camera, money, sun block etc.
When should I book my place on the cycle?
As soon as possible!
