Yoga develops flexibility and muscular endurance as well as incorporating breathing and meditation techniques to relieve stress and increase concentration.

There are many classes and courses available around the country, as well as books, videos and other resources. The Yoga For Health and Education Trust provides yoga courses aimed at people with a disability or long-term condition.
