Living with MS can be far from easy, and although health professionals try to do all they can to help, sometimes the best tips for dealing with the varied symptoms and problems come from other people living with MS.
Why not help other people with MS and share your own top tips on camera? All you need to do is film yourself saying what your tip is. This is an event that will be launched on May 1st during MS Awareness week but we need your videos now to get things started! The videos are shared with other people with MS in our My MS tips video gallery. Then during MS Awareness week you'll be able to vote for your favourite! But you can have a look at the videos uploaded so far already.
To help you get some inspiration for your tips videos, have a look at the MS Trust book called Tips for Living with MS, with over 150 tips sent in by people with MS for people with MS
Tips for filming yourself

Once you have filmed your short film use the button below to upload your film via YouTube. If you are using a tablet computer, mobile phone or have already uploaded your video to YouTube please click here for instructions on sending us your video.
If you have any queries please email web@mstrust.org.uk and we'll try to help you. Then during MS Awareness week you'll be able to vote for your favourite!
